Gas Chlorination Systems

Series CL7615 Chlorine Residual Analyzers

Chlorine Gas Feed Systems
  • Continuous on-line operation.
  • High-reliability.
  • Field-proven.
  • Multiple Ranges – up to 5 PPM.
  • High & Low Alarm variable set points.
  • Direct display of Free Chlorine.

The Free Chlorine Residual Analyzer has been independently tested and proven to be a reliable analyzer for continuous, accurate residual analysis.

The potentiostatic-based instrument is designed to continuously analyze free chlorine in water, wastewater, cooling water and other process water applications.

It features a factory set monitoring ranges from 0-1 to 0-5 PPM. The analyzer has an inbuilt temperature compensation mechanism, thereby providing consistent residual values.

The analyzer is constructed of corrosion-resistant materials Each unit is factory tested and requires no field wiring; only connection to the service points is required.

All components are easily accessible from the front of the unit to permit ease of observation.

Design Features
  • Modern Design: Superior materials of construction provide durability.

  • No Reagents: Because the applications have a relatively stable pH, the accuracy and reliability can be maintained at 5% of full scale the need of costly reagents.

  • High & Low alarm Set points: Monitor and control free chlorine within a concentration band with high and low alarm set points that are easily adjusted on the front panel. LED lights indicate and alarm has occurred.

  • Easy Mounting: The Series CL 7615 Chlorine Residual Analyzer is supplied with mounting enclosure with mounting holes to install exactly into place.

  • Accuracy: The 5% accuracy of the unit is ideal for the monitoring and control of most clean water samples.

Applications
  • Drinking Water Disinfection: Drinking water requires continuous monitoring of chlorine residuals.

  • Swimming Pool Disinfection: Require low cost accurate monitoring of free Chlorine.

  • Cooling Water Biofouling: Cost effective control of slime and algae in piping, heat exchangers and cooling towers by monitoring free chlorine.

  • Industrial Process Water: Accurate monitoring of residual chlorine in industrial process waters.
