Capital Controls Free Chlorine Residual Analyzer has been independently tested and proven to be a reliable analyzer for continuous, accurate residual analysis.
The potentiostatic-based amperometric instrument is designed to continuously analyze free chlorine in water, wastewater, cooling water and other process water applications.
The analyzer sample is gravity fed, eliminating the need for a sample pump. CL 7685 features a factory set monitoring ranges from 0-2 to 0-20 PPM which are easily field settable through the Analyzers Microprocessor settings. The Analyzer incorporates an electrode cleaning system which eliminates signal drift and the need for frequent calibration. Internal high & low set points are standard. The analyzer has an inbuilt temperature compensation mechanism, thereby providing consistent residual values.
The analyzer is constructed of corrosion-resistant materials. Each unit is pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested and requires no field wiring; only field connections to the service point is required.
The entire electronics are protected with a NEMA 4 (IP-65) enclosure. All components and controls are easily accessible from the front of the unit to permit ease of observation of sample flow, electrode cleaning system and adjustment of set points.
No Reagents: CL7685 reagent less analyzer is ideal for the conditions and applications listed.
